About The Position

The FP&A Associate is a key contributor within the Finance organization responsible for supporting budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis. This role partners with senior finance management to deliver insights that guide operational decisions and corporate strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or a related analytical field.
  • Strong Excel fundamentals (pivot tables, lookup functions, basic modeling).
  • Interest in learning advanced financial modeling techniques.
  • Exposure to financial statements and basic GAAP concepts.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets.
  • Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate across teams.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn.

  • Internship experience in finance is highly valued.

Responsibilities

  • Support the quarterly and annual corporate planning cycles, including consolidations, variance analysis, and executive reporting
  • Maintain and enhance long-term financial models used for planning free cash flow, tax, share buy back
  • Support the development and refinement of short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts.
  • Prepare monthly management reporting packages, including performance dashboards, KPIs, and cash flow insights
  • Create structured, executive-ready presentations that communicate financial performance and planning updates
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting and budgeting cycles
  • Prepare variance analyses, KPI reports, financial dashboards, and business performance reviews
  • Build and maintain driver-based financial models for and conduct scenario analysis as well as sensitivity analysis
  • Support long-range planning and strategic finance initiatives
  • Prepare presentations and materials for senior management
  • Assist in ad hoc analysis for executive leadership
  • Recommend improvements to enhance reporting automation and forecasting accuracy
