About The Position
This position is responsible for reviewing and resolving Pell Grant usage limits and federal student loan eligibility statuses, providing loan disclosure notices and Exit Counseling, assisting with loan change requests, providing backup for Return to Title IV calculations, assisting with loan default prevention strategies, utilizing their knowledge of federal and state regulations and institutional policies and procedures to ensure accurate disbursements of federal, state, and institutional funds, and contributing to the effectiveness of information disseminated to staff and students.
