The Financial Aid Specialist I role at Southern New Hampshire University is a technical position within the Financial Aid Operations team, requiring a comprehensive understanding of the financial aid life cycle. The Financial Aid Specialist I will also play a significant role in process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing the efficiency and automation of financial aid processes. The position reports to the Associate Director of Financial Aid and is based in Manchester, NH, with a hybrid work model requiring regular commuting to the office.
