About The Position
This position assists the Financial Aid front office with various customer service and office tasks. This position ranges from 15-29 hours during the summer and 5-12 hours per week during fall and spring semesters, depending on class schedule. First day of employment is Thursday, May 15th, or later. Shifts are scheduled during office hours in at least 2 hours increments, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Exceptions can be made in certain circumstances. Summer 2025 shifts will be a maximum of 29 hours per week. Fall 2025 and spring 2026 hours to be determined after registration for those terms, pending approval from the Financial Aid Coordinator. Work is completed in Waldschmidt Hall, reporting to the Financial Aid Coordinator. Students with summer availability are highly encouraged to apply. Pay is $15.95/hour.
