The position involves assisting the Midwestern Baptist / Spurgeon College Office of Financial Aid with U.S. Department of Education compliance, processes, and procedures, as well as managing all loan processing activities. The role requires providing exceptional customer service to current, incoming, and prospective students and employees, leading reporting enrollment, maintaining Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) processes, and ensuring compliance with Title IV and institutional policies. The individual will also become a School Certifying Official (SCO) for the Department of Veterans Affairs and assist in processing military aid. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, compiling data for reports, participating in departmental training, and enhancing data system processes.
