Responsibilities

• Advise and counsel students and families on college costs and financial aid opportunities.
• Provide individualized counseling regarding financial aid options and eligibility requirements.
• Participate in outreach activities such as financial aid workshops and presentations.
• Assist students and families in completing required financial aid forms, including FAFSA and verification forms.
• Adapt to changing institutional, state, and federal policies and regulations.
• Troubleshoot account issues and provide accurate information to constituents.
• Maintain a positive attitude and prioritize tasks in a customer service environment.
