Under the general supervision of the Director of Financial Aid, facilitates the financial aid process by providing counseling and related assistance to new and returning students, parents, and scholarship applicants concerning program requirements, state and federal guidelines, and eligibility determination. Ensure that student aid programs are implemented efficiently through the effective supervision and monitoring of Federal, State, and College funded programs. Exercises independent judgment in analyzing circumstances in order to develop and award student financial aid packages in accordance with prescribed procedures, policies, and regulations.
