About The Position
The Financial Aid Counselor supports the Director of Financial Aid and the Associate Director of Financial Aid with the administration of federal, state, and institutional financial aid programs. This position assists in implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the U.S. Department of Education, FERPA, state, and college regulations and policies. This position provides excellent customer service to all internal and external stakeholders of F&M in order to recruit and then retain students towards their graduation from the College.
