About The Position

We’re looking for a detail-driven and compliance-focused Corporate Financial Aid Officer (Financial Aid Compliance & Processing Analyst) to support financial aid operations across our campuses. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in ensuring students receive accurate, timely aid while maintaining strict adherence to federal and institutional regulations. If you enjoy working at the intersection of data, compliance, and student impact, this is a role where your work directly supports student success.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Experience processing financial aid, including familiarity with financial aid systems and web-based modules
  • Strong understanding of compliance in a regulated environment (education or similar industry preferred)
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong communication skills with a service-oriented mindset
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability
  • Self-starter who can work independently while also collaborating effectively across teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed

Nice To Haves

  • College coursework in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred (or equivalent financial aid experience)
  • CampusNexus experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Package and process student financial aid (Title IV and non-Title IV), including verification, eligibility review, and disbursement approvals
  • Reconcile student-level disbursement data with federal systems to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Conduct audits and quality checks to maintain timely and accurate processing across all financial aid functions
  • Support program reviews and audits, including preparing documentation and responses
  • Stay current on regulatory guidance from the U.S. Department of Education and ensure adherence to all applicable standards
  • Uphold the Financial Aid Code of Conduct and maintain compliance with federal, state, and accrediting bodies
  • Provide regular updates to leadership, identify issues, and proactively drive resolution
  • Collaborate with internal teams while managing individual responsibilities effectively
