About The Position
Paul Mitchell Schools is dedicated to providing premier cosmetology and barbering education, and we are seeking a full-time Financial Aid Advisor to join our committed team in Modesto, CA. This full-time role requires 40 hours per week, with occasional evening and weekend shifts to accommodate student needs. As a Financial Aid Advisor, you will play a crucial role in assisting prospective and current students and their families with the financial aid process. Your day will involve providing detailed information about available financial aid programs and procedures, ensuring students complete their finance applications accurately and on time. You will determine eligibility within federal, state, and institutional guidelines, maintain thorough records, and ensure compliance with all regulations. Your role will also include consistent follow-up with students to provide updates and answer any questions they may have. Your dedication to exceptional customer service and accuracy will be key in supporting our students' success.
