The Richmond Campus of Bryant & Stratton College is currently seeking a full-time Financial Aid Advisor. As a Financial Aid Advisor, you will provide customer service to internal and external customers by being available to handle inbound telephone calls, responding to emails, and working with on-site students. You will display excellent customer service skills in every customer interaction and provide counseling to students and parents regarding financial aid eligibility, application procedures, student budget development, and debt management. This position is best suited to someone who prefers a fast-paced environment, adapts to change, and seeks to actively develop new skills.
