About The Position
The Office of Financial Aid is in search of a Financial Aid Advisor to join their amazing team! This role involves awarding federal, state, institutional, and private sources of financial aid to students within appropriate guidelines and regulations. The advisor will also provide guidance to students and parents regarding the availability of financial aid, eligibility requirements, and the application process. Additionally, the advisor will coordinate scholarship and loan/grant programs, oversee financial aid registration activities, and handle special disbursement procedures for external loans. The position also includes assisting in the development and implementation of summer school and study abroad policies and procedures, acting as a liaison between the department and study abroad administrators, and generating reports as needed.
