In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for coordinating scheduling, verifying insurance, and managing patient registration. You’ll also play a key role in ensuring accurate charge entry. Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Medical Terminology preferred.
Previous collection or hospital business office experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Responsible for receiving customer calls regarding patient bills and initiate phone contact/letters to patients with past due accounts to collect payment.
