About The Position
Wells Fargo is seeking a Financial Advisory Branch Manager - Producing in Wealth and Investment Management as part of Wells Fargo Advisors. In this role, you will manage and develop a team of associates in a Private Client Group branch, and manage the daily administration, operations, and compliance functions. You will identify and recommend opportunities for growth of the designated branch and provide financial advice to the clients based on the required needs and financial circumstances. Additionally, you will make decisions and resolve issues regarding compliance, regulation, and administration to meet business objectives, interpret and develop policies, procedures and compliance, or regulatory requirements for the designated branch, and provide leadership to expand revenue and client relationships. You will also collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and multiple level managers, interact directly with external clients to assess their financial needs, manage allocation of people and financial resources for a designated branch, supervise transactional activities within the branch, and be responsible for promoting the firm's brand within the community. Furthermore, you will mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent.
