About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Financial Advisory Senior Area Manager in Wealth and Investment Management to manage and develop a team of Financial Advisors. The role focuses on achieving improved sales results through a consultative sales process, leveraging financial planning, and driving a full balance sheet approach. The manager will engage with stakeholders, coach Financial Advisors, and ensure quality service standards while aligning with strategic objectives.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of Financial Advisory experience or equivalent work experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • 3+ years of management experience.
  • Successfully completed FINRA Series 7, 9, 10, and 63 examinations (or equivalents) for immediate FINRA registration.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a team of Financial Advisors to achieve improved sales results.
  • Engage and influence stakeholders and internal partners associated with the Financial Advisory function.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for positive client experiences by coaching Financial Advisors.
  • Assist Financial Advisors in delivering appropriate solutions to their clients.
  • Determine appropriate strategy and actions of the Financial Advisory team to meet deliverables.
  • Interpret and develop Financial Advisory policies and procedures to ensure quality and service standards.
  • Collaborate with and influence professionals at all levels, including senior managers.
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources to meet commitments and align with strategic objectives.
  • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives.
