About The Position

The 2026 Summer Intern will be expected to provide a broad range of analytical, transaction and marketing support functions. This unique opportunity will consist of supporting the New York based Financial Advisory & Solutions (FAS) Team. This summer training program is designed to offer our interns a learning experience where they actively contribute to the business and explore the career paths that Rabobank offers worldwide.” – Head of Wholesale Banking North America You and Your Job: The focus of the role will be on assisting Analysts, Associates, Vice Presidents, and other senior bankers on tasks performed during the execution of transactions and development of new business prospects, including preparing presentations, company profiles and other relevant projects. This individual will be responsible for contributing to the analysis to provide corporate finance advice to the bank’s clients and prospects, and identifying, structuring, marketing and executing value-add corporate finance solutions for our clients.

Requirements

• Legal authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
• Must be currently enrolled in a college or university and be an active junior year student.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid work ethic and high level of self-motivation.
• Must be a strong team player.

Responsibilities

• Assist in performing various capital structuring analyses, including rating analysis, cost of capital analysis, liquidity stress tests and peer benchmarking.
• Assist in preparing presentations to present capital structuring advice to clients and prospects, for discussions with clients/prospects’ CFOs/treasurers.
• Assist in the origination and execution of tailored structured solution transactions for our clients including: identifying clients’ unique financing needs, structuring tailored solutions, assisting in preparing and presenting marketing materials, preparing term sheets, negotiating terms, legal documentation, and internal credit applications & other approvals.
