We take a market-based approach to compensation. The expected base salary for this role is role nationally is $125,000-150,000. Final base pay will be carefully determined based on several factors, including responsibilities, skills, relevant experience, geographic location, and market conditions. Additionally, this role is eligible for our Financial Advisor incentive program and other forms of compensation that will be discussed at the time of the interview.
