About The Position

MassMutual New Jersey-NYC is seeking Financial Services Professionals to join our Warren NJ office. Requirements

1–5 years of experience in financial services, advising, or planning
Fully licensed: Life & Health Insurance, Series 7, and Series 66
Proven ability to build strong client relationships based on trust and performance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Driven, coachable, and goal-oriented
Passionate about helping others improve their financial future
Bachelor’s degree or higher

Responsibilities

Build and manage a growing client portfolio through relationship-based financial planning
Deliver expert guidance in areas such as retirement strategies, investment planning, and wealth management
Educate clients on insurance options and risk management solutions
Specialize in or support families with special needs planning
Stay current on financial regulations, markets, and planning techniques
Work both independently and as part of a supportive, growth-focused team
Maintain compliance with industry regulations and firm standards
