About The Position

We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Financial Advisor to join our Workers Investments & Planning Solutions team. Our program is built on trust, collaboration, and long-term relationships. This role focuses on building strong client relationships by leading them through an individually tailored financial planning process. Our process includes establishing specific financial goals, assessing current situations, creating investment strategies, implementing solutions by recommending appropriate financial products, and continuing to monitor and adjust plans as necessary to stay aligned with your clients’ goals. As a Financial Advisor, you will sell investment and insurance products, available through our Broker Dealer, LPL Financial (LPL), to individuals and small businesses. WCU partners LPL, a leading wealth management firm for independent advisors and financial institutions across the U.S., to offer a complete menu of financial products and services to credit union members. This employment opportunity at WCU would allow you to join the Workers Investments & Planning Solutions Program as a Financial Advisor associated with LPL. This position is based out of our Lunenburg MA office, however there is flexibility to allow for a hybrid schedule, working remotely as agreed upon.
