About The Position

Are you a licensed advisor who thrives on building meaningful client relationships—not chasing quotas? Do you enjoy financial planning, value working as part of a team, and want to make a lasting impact without the stress of building a firm from scratch? If so, this may be the opportunity you’ve been looking for. At Strong Tower Associates, we help our clients—primarily retirees—navigate their financial lives with confidence, empathy, and clarity. We’re a small, collaborative team looking for an Associate Advisor who shares our values and is ready to take ownership of client relationships, support the lead advisor, and grow with the firm. What You’ll Do As our Associate Advisor, your primary responsibility will be managing relationships and financial planning for a broad group of loyal clients where your work will be critical to their experience and the overall success of the firm. You’ll also help support planning needs for all clients. You’ll have the opportunity to take on meaningful projects while working in a values-driven environment that prioritizes relationships over transactions. Why This Role Matters This position is central to our firm’s mission. By taking care of our clients with excellence and attention, you’ll allow our lead advisor to focus on strategic growth and high-value relationships—while also laying the groundwork to one day step into a lead advisor role yourself (if that is what you’re looking to accomplish). This isn’t just a stepping-stone job. It’s a long-term opportunity to build something meaningful, without going it alone.
