Requirements

  • Financial / Wealth Advisors with a transferable book of business
  • Wirehouse or bank advisors currently earning ~25–35%
  • Independent advisors burdened by inefficiencies and lack of opportunity
  • Those with strong client retention and an extensive relationship management track record
  • Advisors motivated by better economics, autonomy, and long-term upside
  • Collaborative professionals who value flexibility and ownership
  • High-level professionals with experience in custodian platforms LPL and/or Schwab.
