Requirements

• A Solid Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently
• Individuals looking for a flexible schedule and have a strong work ethic
• Passion for Sales, Networking and helping others
• Ability and willingness to obtain CFP®, Series 65/66 or other financial licenses (We Help)
• High integrity and a commitment to fiduciary-level guidance

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in financial planning, wealth management, or advisory roles (preferred but not required)

Responsibilities

• Manage and build a portfolio of clients through relationship-based planning
• Provide comprehensive financial assessments, including retirement, investment, insurance, and tax-advantaged strategies
• Prepare customized financial plans using firm-approved planning software
• Provide ongoing advice, portfolio reviews, and strategic recommendations
• Stay current on market trends, planning strategies and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with team members and management to deliver high-quality client experiences
