About The Position

As a licensed financial advisor at UBS, you will take pride in helping people and delivering an exceptional client experience. You will provide advice and counsel to our existing Wealth Advice Center clients via our digital hybrid advice model. Your role will involve building and deepening relationships within our existing client base by providing exceptional wealth management services and solutions. You will continue your successful career in a growing wealth management business with strong earning potential and opportunities for career advancement. You will accept referrals from other lines of business, owning all appointments and outreach assigned to deliver financial advice, guidance, and a white glove experience. Utilizing our financial planning tools, you will gain a full understanding of our clients' situations and present all appropriate solutions while adhering to compliance and operational procedures to protect our clients. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to develop professionally through ongoing wealth management training led by experienced professionals and internal business partners across UBS, as well as external partnerships. You will also have the chance to obtain your CFP designation as part of our tuition reimbursement program.

Requirements

  • Ideally, 2+ years of related work experience.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 (required).
  • CFP or completion of coursework on financial planning through a CFP Board Registered Program (preferred).
  • Demonstrate a pattern of success in your career and experience in delivering advice and guidance to retail clients or prospective clients.
  • Excellent client relationship management skills, always putting the interests of clients ahead of your own.
  • Excellent listening and strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Quick learner with a growth mindset, driven, and consistently challenging the status quo.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment while thinking clearly in complex situations; highly detail-oriented and resourceful.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite Applications, including Outlook, Word & Excel.

Nice To Haves

  • CFP designation or completion of coursework on financial planning through a CFP Board Registered Program.
