About The Position

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Partner with branch, complex and divisional management teams to coordinate and execute a best-in-class onboarding experience.
• Assist field leadership throughout the new recruit hiring process, including new hire requirements and book of business vetting.
• Assist in the onboarding of new financial advisors, support staff, and clients.
• Support the integration of the new AOS platform into the onboarding process to accelerate account opening and the transition of client assets to RBC USWM.
• Enhance the client experience by incorporating other US Wealth Management key initiatives into the onboarding process.
• Develop, update, and maintain internal resources such as procedures, templates, and checklists.
