Requirements

• Earned a degree from an accredited institution
• SIE, Series 7, 66 licensed required
• Series 9/10 preferred
• 2+ years' experience in financial services, coaching and developing others around you (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Lead facilitation of WAC Training Programs to new Financial Advisors and associates
• Prepare training program schedules based on training module content and time allotted
• Deliver effective, engaging training sessions for all modules in the WAC training programs
• Incorporate elements of dynamic delivery (e.g. pace, inflection, referring to learner by name) and techniques to maintain learner interest
• Ask and answer questions while facilitating that lead to learning
• Review training practice and ensure training in line with company policies and procedures
• Provide positive and constructive feedback to trainees
• Listen and evaluate new FA and associate calls monthly
• Foster relationships with the trainee's managers
