This role offers exciting opportunities to drive people and business impact, including leading a group of Financial Advisors who provide investment advice to retirement plan participants through the VSA offer. You will provide regular coaching and feedback to VSA Advisors to support their growth and development, identify ways to enhance both the participant and advisor experience, and provide VAI Risk Oversight with call monitoring, correspondence reviews, and submission of Ballast Point controls. The position involves building a strong reputation as a consultative partner and leveraging relationships across various departments to deliver on VSA OKRs. You will also help resolve technology issues impacting VSA Advisors, report on participant trends and outcomes from VSA consultations, and identify opportunities to reduce risk and increase efficiency for VSA offers and processes.
