Financial Advisor Trainee Role As a Financial Advisor Trainee you’ll start your journey with a clear roadmap to success. We’ll provide everything you need to thrive: Comprehensive Training & Licensing Support We’ll help you earn your SIE, Series 7, Series 66, and Life Insurance licenses —setting you up for long-term success. Hands-On Experience Once licensed, you’ll join a dynamic advising team, working directly with clients while continuing to learn through mentorship, classroom sessions, and on-the-job coaching . Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
Commitment to earning required licenses within set timelines
