About The Position

The Financial Analyst I performs financial analysis for Baylor Scott and White (BSWH) and its supported entities. This role involves assisting in collecting and examining data on new projects, services, capital acquisitions, and long-range strategic financial planning. The Financial Analyst I is responsible for performing examination of financial and operational data to support management recommendations, which includes assessing the impact on current operations and projecting future impacts. Additionally, the analyst participates in performance and process improvement goals of BSWH.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 1 year of experience in financial analysis or a related area.
