This independent contractor role offers the opportunity to work with existing First Command clients, deepen long-term client relationships, and grow your business through a high-touch, consultative approach.

Requirements

• Required: Series 7 & 66 (or 6, 63, 65) and Life & Health license
• Preferred: CFP®, ChFC®, or RICP® designations

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Trusted Advisor by identifying and adapting to each client's evolving financial goals across all stages of wealth—accumulation, preservation, and legacy.
• Deliver Advanced, Personalized Planning by developing and implementing sophisticated financial plans that integrate investment management, retirement planning, tax strategies, insurance solutions, day-to-day finances, and estate considerations.
• Provide a High-Touch Client Experience by fostering long-term relationships through a service model that emphasizes clarity, confidence, and responsiveness.
• Engage the Military Community by building relationships with advocates and centers of influence within the local and military community to generate referrals and other opportunities.
• Drive Results and Grow Your Business by achieving performance goals, generating revenue, and expanding your practice through strong referral networks.
