About The Position

As a Financial Advisor on the Annuity Team in the Wealth Advice Center (WAC), you will help clients plan for long-term financial security by providing expert guidance on selecting and managing annuities. You will assess individual financial goals, risk tolerance, and retirement needs to recommend appropriate annuity services, solutions, or exchanges. Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • SIE, Series 7 and Series 66 (or equivalent), Life & Health required.
  • 2+ years of experience in a relevant role.
  • A deep understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements related to annuities and insurance products.
  • Familiarity with recommending, selling, or managing annuity products, including fixed, variable, and indexed annuities.
  • A strong market aptitude and able to provide tailored solutions to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

  • Build and deepen relationships by providing exceptional wealth management services and solutions helping retain assets and drive various business initiatives that are in line with the WAC's growth plan.
  • Accept referrals from other lines of business, owning all appointments and outreaches assigned in an effort to deliver financial advice, guidance and a white glove experience.
  • Use our financial planning tools to gain a full understanding of our clients' situation and present all appropriate solutions.
  • Understand and adhere to compliance and operational procedures and requirements.
  • Develop professionally through ongoing wealth management training led by a team of experienced professionals, internal business partners across UBS, and external partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams as well as external carriers to address client concerns and deliver tailored solutions.
