The Financial Accounting & Reporting Director is responsible for financial leadership and technical cost strategy in support of National Government Services (NGS) current and future federal growth initiatives. This role leads the financial development for complex, high-value federal RFP responses, including CMS and Medicare Administrative Contractor (MAC) opportunities. Provides financial leadership, decision support, and strategic direction to ensure competitive, compliant, and defensible submissions that align with enterprise growth objectives. Serves as the senior financial authority during the proposal lifecycle, overseeing Basis of Estimate (BOE) development, staffing and productivity modeling, cost realism strategy, and pricing integration. Partners closely with cross functional management and Executive Leadership to balance competitiveness, profitability, and performance risk in federal procurements.
