We are looking for a dynamic individual who has a strong attention to detail and understanding of accounting, finance and cost analysis principles to further support the growth of our team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or business is required.
  • 5 plus years’ experience in financial or accounting role.
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
  • Advanced experience working in MS Excel required. Experience w/ Microsoft Dynamics 365 a plus.
  • Self-starter w/ excellent analytical and organizational skills. Must be detailed oriented.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Build financial models to evaluate business initiatives, procurement strategies and cost savings opportunities.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances and opportunities for improvement and provide insights into management for decision-making.
  • Assist in creating budgets and forecasts to support financial planning.
  • Track procurement spend to ensure alignment with budget and cost-control goals.
  • Respond to financial inquiries by gathering and interpreting data.
  • Partner with operations and supply chain to forecast purchasing needs and manage inventory costs.
  • Compile and submit all necessary reporting to the CEO and CFO.
  • Support pricing analysis and margin improvement initiatives
  • Review all credit card charges and record statement entries into the ERP system.
  • Support with processing and sending invoices for customer orders as well as recording banking and journal entries in the ERP system.
  • Other accounting duties as necessary
