We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Finance Transformation Lead to spearhead and drive strategic initiatives aimed at modernizing and optimizing our finance controller functions, including expense management, annual budget planning, Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, accounting and close activities, and headcount planning and approvals processes. This pivotal role will be instrumental in shaping the future state of our financial controller organizations and business partnering capabilities, leveraging technology, process re-engineering, and data analytics to enhance the efficiency and strategic impact of these critical areas.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive experience in accounting and operational finance roles.
• Significant proven experience in leading and executing finance transformation initiatives.
• BS or BA in Business, Economics, or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• Proven experience in managing, mentoring, and developing direct reports or project teams.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of core accounting and operational finance processes.
• Proven experience with major ERP systems (e.g. SAP).
• Familiarity with automation technologies (RPA) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Past experience with Python / SQL from a business facing / finance role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and articulate a clear vision and roadmap for transforming operational finance functions.
• Identify, analyze, and redesign processes related to expense management, annual budgeting, P2P workflows, and headcount planning.
• Eliminate inefficiencies, strengthen internal controls, improve data accuracy, and enhance scalability through automation and process optimization.
• Evaluate, recommend, and oversee the implementation of new financial technologies and tools.
• Improve data quality for financial reporting and business insights.
• Enable advanced analytics within the control environment, leveraging Gen AI capabilities.
• Collaborate with finance leadership, IS&T, and various business functions for successful project delivery.
• Develop and execute robust change management strategies, including communication plans and training programs.
