Senior Program Manager, Finance Transformation & Integration Why We Have This Role Qualtrics is scaling at speed, and our operational efficiency directly determines how we position ourselves for growth. We're in a critical phase: optimizing financial planning and forecasting, improving operational visibility, and integrating a strategic acquisition that will reshape our product portfolio. We need a leader who can drive these transformational initiatives, reduce friction, and build the capability to scale profitably. You'll work directly with the Director of Finance Operations and partner across Engineering, People, Sales, and Marketing to unlock operational leverage at a critical inflection point for growth. How You’ll Find Success Exceptional program management discipline - You break complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives into clear milestones, manage dependencies across teams, communicate with precision, and drive execution when ambiguity is high. You're known for keeping things on track without creating bureaucracy. Strategic problem-solving at multiple altitudes - You move fluently between high-level strategy (understanding what needs to change and why) and tactical execution (what needs to happen this week). You can synthesize input from disparate teams and find the path forward. Deep integration and M&A experience - You've led or closely supported major integrations before. You understand what it takes to combine systems, people, and processes. You know where integration efforts typically stumble, and you proactively prevent those failures. Cross-functional influence and partnership - You don't have direct authority over most of the people you need to move, so you lead through clarity, trust, and relationship. You're comfortable pushing back on leadership and making the hard case for what's right for the business. Financial acumen and business literacy - You understand financial planning, forecasting, and operations deeply enough to have informed opinions, ask the right questions, and partner effectively with finance and executive leaders. You can translate between finance and product/engineering languages. Adaptability and comfort with ambiguity - You thrive in environments where requirements shift, new information emerges, and "perfect clarity" never arrives. You can pivot without losing momentum and help your team do the same. Attention to detail paired with big-picture thinking - You know that transformational change lives in the details, but you never lose sight of the strategic outcome you're driving toward. How You’ll Grow Integration and M&A expertise deepened - You'll lead the company's most significant integration initiative, building an expertise in post-acquisition operational consolidation and value realization that makes you invaluable to PE-backed growth strategy. Executive visibility and influence - You'll work directly with senior Finance and cross-functional leaders on initiatives that move the needle for the company. This visibility creates opportunities to shape strategy and advance into leadership roles across the organization. Scale organizational capabilities and operating rhythms - As you drive these transformations, you'll build the organizational muscle and operating cadence that enable Qualtrics to scale efficiently. You'll design the processes, governance, and communication patterns that allow the company to execute complex change at speed. Cross-functional business fluency - You'll deepen your understanding of how Qualtrics' product, engineering, sales, and marketing organizations work. This breadth of experience opens pathways into broader operational or business strategy roles.
