Requirements

• Bachelor Degree
• 1 year(s) of experience
• Demonstrates some proven knowledge and/or a proven record of success in roles providing finance and accounting processes in transaction processing, close and consolidation, budgeting and forecasting, and internal and external reporting.
• Having experience with process improvement in, industry knowledge, and applications of at least one of the following focus areas: shared service and outsourcing, finance transformation, performance management, financial systems optimization, and talent management.
• Understanding of financial analysis, benchmarking, modeling and industry systems/processes.
• Demonstrating high level knowledge or previous interaction with ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, Workday.
• Understanding of or the ability to run consolidation and or planning systems (data, hierarchy, rules, etc.) supporting variance reporting, operational metrics and scorecards.
• Possessing proven knowledge of data and analytics. The ability to identify key value drivers, required data and development of insights.
