About The Position
We are seeking qualified New York-admitted attorneys to join our team as we prepare for our merger to become Goetz Platzer in January 2025. The role involves providing legal and transactional advice to clients in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut, with a focus on commercial lending and finance transactions. The attorney will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transaction agreements, as well as advising on legal and regulatory changes.
