Glenwood State Bank offers a full-time opportunity in our finance department designed for an individual who thrives performing key accounting and finance functions. In this position, you will serve as a key contributor to functions such as analyzing financial performance and profitability of our 'Family of Banks,' ensuring regulatory compliance, completing internal and external financial reporting, improving accounting processes and procedures, preparing monthly management and Board reports, and more—all while maintaining a keen eye on accuracy, efficiency, and deadlines. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree and at least five years of experience in accounting or finance, or any equivalent combination of training, education and experience. This position can be based out of any of our locations but must have the flexibility to travel to Glenwood as needed.
