About The Position

Harbor is seeking a Finance Systems Commercial Delivery Lead to join our growing team. The Finance Systems Commercial Delivery Lead is responsible for leading and managing the delivery-side sales activities for the Finance Systems service line. This role works in close partnership with the Go-To-Market team, service line subject matter experts, and Marketing to advance brand awareness and promote service offerings within the legal industry. The individual will own the creation of pitch materials, statements of work (SOWs), and budget buildups, ensuring alignment with organizational standards. Additionally, the role will collaborate with business line leaders to identify, evaluate, and bring strategically aligned opportunities to market. This is a fully remote position that can be worked from anywhere in the USA or Canada.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in professional services, consulting, or solution delivery within the legal or financial systems domain
  • Proven experience in drafting SOWs, building budgets, and managing sales-to-delivery processes
  • Strong understanding of finance systems and operations in law firms
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to engage clients and internal stakeholders effectively
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools

Responsibilities

  • Manage delivery-side sales for the Finance Systems service line in collaboration with the Go-To-Market team and Finance Systems experts
  • Draft and review Statements of Work (SOWs) and budget buildups, ensuring adherence to organizational guidelines and protocols
  • Create and enhance pitch materials, scoping documentation, and standardized templates for SOW offerings
  • Maintain accurate records of activities and opportunities in Salesforce
  • Scope service delivery requirements, engaging relevant team members as needed
  • Assess pricing accuracy and recommend improvements to scoping and pricing processes
  • Act as a visible champion for the service line through client engagement, industry forums, events, and marketing campaigns (e.g., thought leadership, social media, webinars)
  • Educate Go-To-Market and delivery teams on solution updates, roadmaps, and new offerings
  • Participate actively in the sales forecasting process
  • Manage and conduct handover meetings to ensure seamless transition from sales to delivery
