FINANCE SUPERVISOR Four Seasons Resort Hualālai is seeking an Finance Supervisor who brings strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for hospitality. As a member of our Finance team, you will support critical payroll and accounting functions while contributing to a culture of excellence, integrity, and collaboration.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
Degree or background in Accounting, Finance, or Hospitality Management, or equivalent training
One to three years of experience in an accounting, finance, or payroll‑related role
Strong understanding of payroll processes, payroll laws, and regulatory requirements
Experience with month‑end close, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail with the ability to critically think and problem‑solve
A service‑driven mindset that reflects Four Seasons core behaviors:
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as business needs require
Ability to meet physical requirements for a primarily sedentary role with occasional movement
Commitment to maintaining Four Seasons grooming and professional appearance standards

Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate with third‑party processors to ensure accurate and timely bi‑weekly payroll processing for the resort
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll‑related reports
Review daily payroll bank transactions, identifying and resolving discrepancies
Record journal entries, manage accruals, and support month‑end close activities
Maintain strict adherence to internal controls and assist with internal and external audits
Support daily cashiering functions and participate in regular inventory counts
Deliver training to managers on payroll processes to ensure accuracy and compliance
Complete ad hoc accounting and finance projects as assigned
Work collaboratively and professionally with all departments while upholding Four Seasons EmPact standards
