What the job involves: We are currently seeking an Intern in Finance to join our team. As an intern at JLL, you would work as part of our Finance team at a client site, getting involved in supporting financial operations, analysis, and reporting activities. As an Intern in Finance at JLL, you will: Assist with financial data collection, analysis, and reporting Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses Help track financial performance metrics and key deliverables Participate in team meetings and assist with financial presentations Contribute to the development of financial dashboards and reporting tools Assist with compliance and audit support activities Gain exposure to commercial real estate finance and investment management Program Details Dates: June 1, 2026 - August 7, 2026 Location: McLean, VA Education, Skills, and Experience Actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree, with 2-3 years completed majoring in any field Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to think and work independently Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications Ability to work with multiple people on a variety of differing projects and meet assigned deadlines Desire to learn more about finance and commercial real estate Interest in financial analysis, reporting, or investment management • Demonstrated ability to take initiative The ideal candidate should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment and will finish the internship having gained broad experience in various aspects of Finance within Commercial Real Estate.
