About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Staff to support our finance team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring financial accuracy and assisting cross-functional departments with accounting tasks.

Requirements

• 1 + years of experience in accounting is required
• Ability to multi-task and maintain accuracy is required
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• General knowledge and understanding of accounting procedures
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations quickly and accurately
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice To Haves

• A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is preferred
• Experience with accounting software or ERP is preferred (i.e., NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks)

Responsibilities

• Support the Accounting and other departments for general accounting functions, including but not limited to revenue - sales, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Be proactive and responsible for work and personal actions
• Understand and follow company rules and regulations
• Perform all other duties as assigned and required
