Requirements

  • Sector Experience: A minimum of 2 years of successful experience in a retail automotive F&I department.
  • Communication Prowess: Ability to handle high-pressure negotiations with poise and professional transparency.
  • Compliance Standards: A clean record with a Valid Driver’s License and a commitment to ethical lending.
  • Corporate Requirements: Must be 18 years or older, able to pass a criminal background check, and a pre-employment drug screen.

Nice To Haves

  • Technical Skillset: Proficiency in Dealertrack, RouteOne, and major DMS platforms is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Direct the Closing Process: Manage the transition from sales to finance, ensuring a smooth, transparent, and efficient contracting experience.
  • Analyze Credit Portfolios: Evaluate customer credit applications to match guests with the ideal lending institutions and lease programs.
  • Drive Ancillary Revenue: Educate guests on the benefits of vehicle service contracts, theft protection, and prepaid maintenance plans.
  • Audit Deal Paperwork: Maintain 100% accuracy in all legal documentation to ensure rapid funding and strict regulatory compliance.
  • Optimize Sales Velocity: Work hand-in-hand with sales managers to structure deals that maximize both volume and profitability.
