About The Position

FINANCE SPECIALITIES – FP&A AND CASH Partner with the best: Own site finance and FP&A for the location(s), ensuring strong controls, accurate reporting, and actionable insights to improve performance and cash management. As a Finance Specialties – FP&A and Cash person, you will be responsible for: Lead site budgeting and periodic forecasting; track performance vs plan and explain variances. Prepare MIS/management dashboards (P&L, cost centers, productivity KPIs) with clear insights and actions. Support business cases and scenario analysis for pricing, volume, manpower, and capex/opex initiatives. Own month-end close for the site(s): accruals, provisions, schedules, and timely reporting. Ensure revenue/cost recognition accuracy and maintain a strong documentation and review discipline. Drive cash governance: cash forecasting, policy/limits adherence, reconciliation oversight, and leakage control (no day-to-day cash handling). Oversee bank/cash/clearing reconciliations and ensure correct postings in the ERP/accounting system. Strengthen internal controls and compliance (SOPs, delegated authority, audits); close findings on time. Partner with site leadership on cost control, productivity, and profitability improvement initiatives. Drive process improvements and automation to improve turnaround time, accuracy, and control effectiveness. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have 4+ years in site/operations finance and FP&A. Have month-end close understanding and ability to maintain strong financial discipline. Have good working knowledge of internal controls, audit readiness, and compliance requirements. Have hands-on ERP (SAP, HFM, etc)/accounting systems and advanced Excel; Power BI/reporting tools are a plus. Have strong stakeholder management and ability to influence cross-functional teams. Have high integrity and attention to detail; able to manage sensitive financial information. Desired Characteristics: Comfortable working on-site and partnering closely with operations. Requirements

  • Have 4+ years in site/operations finance and FP&A.
