About The Position
Finance Specialist I 8 Hours per Day 235 Days Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Associated degree/certificate in accounting preferred. Proficient knowledge and ability in the use of English, grammar, and punctuation. Two (2) years of accounts payable or governmental accounting experience preferred. Experience in a public school district or municipal finance office preferred. Knowledge and application of standard accounting procedures. Proficient knowledge with database,spreadsheet, and desktop publishing applications. Proficient with manual and electronic filing systems. Knowledge of financial software systems (e.g., Tyler Technologies, or similar ERP systems) preferred. Max Salary Dependent on Years of Experience and Education
