About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related experience.
• 2 years of related experience, with the possibility of substituting additional education for experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Demonstrated knowledge of financial systems and GAAP.
• Strong communication skills for preparing materials and conveying information effectively.
• Project management skills and ability to work in a multi-functional team.
• Working knowledge of research administration guidelines, regulations, and policies.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple deadlines.

• Experience working with Oracle ERP system.
• Experience in an institution of higher education.

Responsibilities

• Assist faculty and administration with analytical general finance and post-award research administration.
• Serve as the primary contact for all Statistics finance transactions with the Dean's Office staff.
• Review, process, and reconcile invoices and expenses.
• Provide detailed expenditure and budgetary reports to faculty and senior administration.
• Assist with budget management and planning.
• Balance and reconcile all general fund accounts and sponsored projects.
• Process purchase orders, faculty pcard reconciliation, and reimbursements.
• Oversee the labor redistribution and certification process for all faculty, staff, and students paid on general and sponsored funds.
