About The Position
The Finance SOX & Controls Lead at Takeda Business Solutions (TBS) is responsible for leading SOX and controls activities across Finance process areas in the EUCAN, Americas, and GEM regions. This role involves managing control changes, ensuring compliance with SOX and operational controls, and providing strategic direction on risk and controls. The position requires a deep understanding of SOX compliance and the ability to elevate control capabilities within the organization, while also acting as a trusted advisor and communicator across all management levels.
