About The Position

The Toro Company (TTC) is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Analyst to join our Global Shared Services Finance team. The ideal candidate will be driven by curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset while delivering strong, stable daily operations and exception management. Primary responsibilities include managing banking transactions, payment operations and accounts receivable.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or other similar degree.
  • 0-2 years' relevant finance/accounting experience (Analyst I).
  • 3-4+ years' relevant finance/accounting experience (Analyst II).

Nice To Haves

  • SAP, High Radius, Macola, OneStream system experience.
  • Knowledge of Business Intelligence practices and tools such as Power BI.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all incoming and outgoing transactions posted to bank accounts across multiple partner banks and currencies.
  • Maintain accurate bank balances and complete monthly bank account and other finance related reconciliations.
  • Oversee incoming and outgoing payments across multiple partners, banks, and programs including credit cards, lockboxes, virtual card and supply chain financing.
  • Root cause unprocessed cash receipts and analyze miscellaneous customer discrepancies and disputes.
  • Provide shared service support to TTC companies not integrated into core SAP operations, including billing, A/R and other tasks as assigned.
  • Evaluate opportunities and execute optimization and continuous improvement initiatives driving out breakdowns, delays, and errors while elevating stability and reliability.
  • Partner with internal teams to resolve urgent or escalated events, especially when time sensitive at quarter and fiscal close.
  • Conduct root cause analysis targeting impactful pain points and opportunities.
  • Review and update process documentation.
  • Create and maintain performance scorecards by function to portray effectiveness.
  • Support integration of shared services across the TTC enterprise.
  • Participate in other projects, audits, training, system or process changes as appropriate, and other duties as assigned.
  • Stay abreast of leading industry practices.
  • Review and update process and training documentation as needed.
