As a Finance Senior Manager, Clover Data Analytics, you will deliver and data-driven insights that guide decisions across Clover by partnering with product, data science, and business units to translate data into actions, improve forecasting rigor, and strengthen unit economics. Your work enables scalable growth and long-term profitability for Clover’s point-of-sale and business management platform. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A, finance analytics, or business intelligence
  • Experience designing, building, and maintaining BI dashboards and self-service analytics using modern BI tools and large datasets
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (build driver-based models, pivot tables, lookups) and Microsoft PowerPoint (create clear, concise executive narratives and visuals)
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the payments industry.
  • Experience with enterprise financial systems (e.g., SAP, BPC, Oracle)
  • Experience using Palantir Foundry or similar enterprise data platforms to support financial analytics, metric governance, and cross-functional reporting

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of Finance BI dashboards and self‑service analytics for senior leadership
  • Translate finance and business questions into analytical frameworks and data requirements
  • Partner with Product, Data Science, Finance and Business Unit partners across regions to define and standardize financial metrics and improve data quality, automation, and scalability of reporting
  • Leverage enterprise data platforms such as Palantir Foundry to model financial datasets, operationalize metrics, and enable scalable, governed analytics across Finance and business partners
  • Design and maintain reporting using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Sigma) and SQL
  • Perform deep‑dive analysis on revenue and operational performance trends to identify key drivers, risks, and opportunities
  • Support the monthly close and reporting cycle, delivering variance analysis, automated dashboards, and insight narratives that explain performance drivers and highlight risks and corrective actions
  • Provide data‑driven support for forecasting, annual planning, and long‑range planning through models, scenarios, and well‑defined assumptions
  • Ensure data accuracy, governance, and consistency across Finance reporting
