Finance and Sales Executive: Job Description: Role Overview: The Finance and Sales Executive plays a pivotal role in supporting the organization’s financial operations and sales processes. This position is responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting with periodic financial closing activities. The coordinator ensures efficient handling of sales leads, quotes, and orders, while also supporting Business Development team and addressing customer queries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Commerce degree.
  • 0-2 years’ experience in similar position
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Process accounts payable: verify invoices, obtain approvals, prepare payments.
  • Process accounts receivable: issue invoices, track collections, follow up with customers.
  • Reconcile bank accounts.
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
  • Maintain financial records and ensure accurate data entry in the ERP.
  • Prepare basic financial reports, summaries, and dashboards as needed.
  • Monitor and track employee expenses and reimbursements.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants.
  • Assist with audit preparation and provide requested documentation
  • Personal meeting with bank officials / GST income tax department /Auditors as needed.
  • Tenders submission - get tenders information preparing all Tender documentation and submission tender in customer portal
  • Responsible for the efficient handling of sales quotes orders, and help to improve the productivity of field sales representatives by dealing with customer queries and fielding calls
  • Process sale leads that reach the company by telephone, e-mail or website.
  • Sustained CRM (Salesforce) System by updating leads/contacts information, managing reports and assignment of leads/contacts to appropriate sales individual
  • Collaboratively work with the sales, marketing team and leadership to develop lead generation strategies to generate lead opportunities with prospective customers
  • Coordinator plans, manages, and evaluates the organization’s appearance at trade shows and events.
