About The Position

We are seeking motivated and driven individuals to join our Finance Rotation Program as Analyst. This program is designed to provide a comprehensive experience across various finance disciplines within onsemi. As a Finance Rotation Program Analyst, you will have the opportunity to spend 6 months within each of the different finance departments, including Corporate Accounting, Investor Relations, Business Unit Finance, and Manufacturing Finance. This rotational structure will enable you to gain a deep understanding of our business and industry while building a strong foundation in finance.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Strong academic background with a minimum GPA of 3.5.
Demonstrated interest in pursuing a career in finance, supported by coursework, internships, or related experience.
Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and derive meaningful insights.
Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis using spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex financial information to stakeholders.
Detail-oriented mindset with a high degree of accuracy and ability to meet deadlines.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a proactive and self-driven approach to work.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of financial systems and software (e.g., ERP systems, financial planning tools) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Participate in rotational assignments across different finance departments to gain hands-on experience and exposure to various aspects of finance.
Collaborate with the corporate accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Assist in financial analysis and forecasting, including revenue projections, expense analysis, and financial modeling.
Support investor relations activities, including financial communications, investor presentations, and analyst interactions.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with business unit finance teams to analyze financial performance, develop budgets, and support strategic initiatives.
Engage with the manufacturing operations finance team to analyze costs, optimize manufacturing processes, and drive operational efficiencies.
Assist in evaluating and implementing financial systems and tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Contribute to the development and improvement of financial processes, policies, and procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special finance projects and initiatives.
